Eating Balls & Popping Yolks | Iroko Cafe & Bar

Hey everyone!

Welcome to a brand new blog post! I was invited to a Yakitori event at the wonderful Iroko in Leeds a couple of weeks ago, and I thought that I would talk to you all about it today!

We arrived at the location, which has a cosy but still elegant sort of vibe to it. We sat down and took our time looking at the wonderful decor that surrounded us. We talked to one of the wonderful members of staff, who told us what would happen throughout the night and then told us to think about what we wanted to drink and that he would come back after a couple of minutes. The wonderful waiter came back and we ordered a Painkiller, and a, Moscow Mule. (Yes, okay, I ordered Luke the wrong drink as he wanted a Singapore Sling, but I'm sure worse things could have happened.)
Two thin light brown cylindrical skewers filled with dark brown ox tongue with green ribbons of cucumber at the side of it on a circular blue plate on a light background

We chatted and after a few minutes, our drinks arrived. Painkiller contained, Takamaka Spiced Rum, Coconut Rum and Dark Rum, Coconut Cream, Fresh Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice and Tiki Bitters. Lukes Moscow Mule contained, Vodka, Ginger Ale and Lime. I enjoyed mine. The Rums worked perfectly and the cocktail reminded me of a Summers evening. Luke didn't mind his as he normally hates anything with Ginger, and/or Ginger Ale.

A tall glass filled with light orange liquid with two green circular discs of lime with a cylindrical black straw next to a glass filled with light yellow liquid with a black cylindrical straw on a bright background

Our first course was a mixture of Tempura Vegetables (including Sweet Potato, Peppers and Seaweed) with a Yakitori style BBQ sauce. I liked the Pepper the best. The mix of the slightly sweet cool Pepper against the warm crunchy batter was amazing. I also love any Asian BBQ sauce (I made my own Okonomiyaki a while ago so I've been hooked since), so anything of that sort is always good in my opinion. I think that a massive pile of these with freezing cold drinks in the Summer weather would be an amazing way to catch up with friends.

A selection of light brown shaped tempura pieces next to a black pot filled with dark brown liquid on a rectangular black plate on a bright background

The next course that we enjoyed Yakitori Chicken Thighs. I love Chicken Thighs to the point that I have cut out Chicken Breast where I can, for Thighs. I just love how juicy they are. These were no different. Charred and smoky on the outside, and light and delicate on the inside. I love how they came on the sticks in pure Yakitori style which meant that you could enjoy the food but I could still talk to Luke without having to put down/pick up cutlery every five seconds.

A collection of two bright brown thin cylindrical skewers filled with dark brown pieces of chicken thigh on a blue circular plate with green ribbons of cucumber on a bright background

The next dish that we had were Seared Duck Hearts with Cucumber Slices. Quack, quack! Before you go, Jamie, you really ate Duck Hearts?! Ew! I was always taught to try something at least once before making an opinion, and that's what I did with this dish. I loved these. The slight char went amazingly against the sweet meat of the Duck. I loved the slight chew too! As weird as this sounds, they were a lot smaller than I was expecting but because of this, this made it an amazing little mouthful for me to try and make my decision upon. I hadn't tried these before Iroko, but, I can't thank Iroko enough for introducing me to these. I also loved the slightly pickled Cucumber ribbons. I loved anything pickled to the point that I can down Picklebacks like they are nothing. The slight sourness went perfectly against the sweetness of the Duck.

A selection of two thin wooden light brown cylindrical skewers with oval pieces of dark brown duck on a circular blue plate with ribbons of green cucumber on a bright background

After this, we decided to try some more drinks. Luke finally got to have his Singapore Sling, and I decided to try a Penicillin. The Penicillin contains, Black Bottle Whiskey, Ardberg 10 Single Malt Whisky, Honey and Ginger Syrup, Lemon Juice. The Singapore Sling contains, LAB Organic Gin, Cherry Brandy, Orange Liqueur, Benedictine, Pomegranate Syrup, Pineapple Juice. Luke loved his Singapore Sling. He also said that, even though he hates Gin, he really enjoyed this drink. I loved my Penicillin drink. I love Ginger and Whiskey so this was absolutely perfect for me. The slight Lemon cut through some of the smokiness of the Whiskey which made it refreshing to drink.

Two glass cylrindical glasses filled with light orange liquid with cylindrical black straws on a bright background

Carrying on with the food train, our next stop was, Peppers filled with Cheese and Ham. Honestly, I love Flame-grilled Peppers, Ham and Cheese so I already knew that I was going to love this. (Even if my stomach itself hates Cheese, but that's another story for another day.) The slight sweetness of the Peppers cut through the richness of the Cheese, which made you want to go back for more and more. I loved the slight saltiness that you got every so often with the Ham. Weirdly, I alway associate Charred Peppers with Summer, and to this day I don't know why.

Two light brown thin cylindrical bamboo skewers filled with red peppers on a blue circular plate with green ribbons of cucumber on a bright background

Up to hear about another dish? The next one that was up was, Ox Tongue with Horseradish. I had never tried Ox Tongue, but the waiter told us about it being their favourite dish, so I was excited to try it. The Ox Tongue was delicious, Succulent and slightly sweet. I think because of the sweetness, the slight kick from the horseradish worked amazing with it. I could have loads and loads of this. It was perfection. Well nearly as perfect as this next dish...

Two thin light brown cylindrical skewers filled with dark brown ox tongue with green ribbons of cucumber at the side of it on a circular blue plate on a light background

I do love some good balls! The final dish was Meatballs with Egg Yolk Dip. If you've been checking my Insta then you will know that I've been getting into Salted Egg Buns lately, so I was ecstatic to see that Iroko had a Egg Yolk dish. The Balls were moist and tasty. They had a little bit of spice to them which made them amazing against the creamy richness of the Egg Yolk. I also loved this dish because well I got to pop my own yolk!

Two thin light brown cylindrical skewers with dark brown spherical meatballs with two circular golden egg yolks on a bright blue circular plate on a bright background

We decided to finish off our time at Iroko via having one last drink a piece and a good chat. I've just finished my second year at Uni so I had a good amount of stuff to talk about. We decided to get a Espresso Martini and an El Diablo. The Espresso Martini contains, Ketel One Vodka, Fresh North Star Coffee. El Diablo contains, Tapatio Reposado Tequila, Lime Juice, Ginger Ale and Blackcurrant Liqueur. We both thought that the Espresso Martini packed a punch (which I loved) and the El Diablo gave a fruity Summery twist to a Tequila based cocktail. Lukes not the biggest fan of Tequila but he enjoyed this.

Have you checked out Iroko? If you're ever in Leeds then please do check it out!

Thank you to the wonderful staff at Iroko for putting on such a terrific tasting menu, and, thanks to the PR for inviting myself and Luke.

Thanks for reading!

Oops I Did It Again | Lush Liverpool Spa Haul

Hey everyone!

Welcome to a brand new blog post! I thought that today, I would talk to you all about the products that I bought whilst I was at Lush Liverpool Spa. (Read my post about Lush Liverpool Spa here.)

Bath Bombs:

(All these Bath Bombs are available at all stores at the moment. Go to your local store and give them a try!)

A collection of ridged tear drop shaped reddish pink shower bombs on a white shelf with comfort zone in white font on a square black card on a bright background

Kappa

Kappa's are known to be folklore Japanese Demons. They are known to be blue-green, love Cucumbers and assault people in water. This bomb is blue, contains Cucumber and has a quite clean refreshing scent to it. Perfect for the warm weather we've been having at the moment

A blue spherical bath bomb with two white circles and two black dots on a bright background

Magma

This Bomb shares the same scent as Wiccy Magic Muscles/Volcano Foot Mask. It's bright red and also contains Mustard Powder to warm you up. This would be amazing on a cold sort of day or when you've done a bit too much exercise and your muscles are aching.

A spherical red bath bomb with speckles of gold and orange with a star design engraved on it on a bright background

Sushi

Who doesn't love Sushi? This Bomb looks exactly like a Sushi Roll but instead of a Crab and Avocado filling, you get a FUN filling. The FUN makes the bath creamy from what I know.

A circular white bath bomb with a black outer ring and a circular orange inner circle on a bright background

Goldrush

This one smells of Grapefruit, so if you enjoy anything that is Citrus based then you will love it! This one comes in two parts. When you push the two parts together, in the bath water, the water glows! How mystifying! You can always use the two parts separately instead, if you want to!

A blue spherical bath bomb with a gold circle in the middle with a star design on a bright background

Star Spell

Will this spell make me a star? Let's try it and hope for the best! If you have ever tried any of the Carrot Range and loved the smell, then this is the bomb for you! It's a great one for the sunny days but also kind of great for when you feel down and need a bit of uplifting! I can't wait to use this one!

A yellow semi spherical bath bomb and a pink semi spherical bath bomb sandwiched together on a bright background

Yokozuna

Who doesn't love a good Sumo wrestler? Yokozuna is actually the highest rank that anyone can get within Sumo Wrestling. This one has a slight Salted Caramel/sweet scent to it. If you love scents such as Butterball, then you will love this one! It also has a bit of Sea Salt to it to scrub at your skin to ensure that your skin is ready to wrestle anything that comes at it!

A triangular shaped light brown bath bomb with a brown spherical ball on the top with two black dots with a white cream in the middle on a bright background

Shower Bombs:

Comfort Zone

Get in the comfort zone with this one! If you love The Comforter Bubble Bar/anything with Blackcurrant in then you will love this one. These bombs are perfect for travelling with. This has gone into all stores, so, go into your local Lush and give it a sniff!

A collection of ridged tear drop shaped reddish pink shower bombs on a white shelf with comfort zone in white font on a square black card on a bright background

Red Pill

I'm bad with decisions. Which Pill should I choose? Ooh. Ahh. I choose the Red Pill!. This shares it scent with Phoenix Rising Bath Bomb. (Does anyone remember that bomb? I miss it.) If you love anything with a Cinnamon kick then you will love this one. Great for cold mornings.

An oval red shaped shower bomb with a rectangular thin strip in the middle on a bright background

Supernatural Powers

C'mon Cauldron, bubble me up a spell! This contains Fresh Rosemary and Sage which is known within Supernatural Spells all around the world. This one would be fab on a cold night I feel or for when you want something with a bit of a grassy scent.

A neon yellow cone shaped shower bomb on a bright background

Tantric Energy

Ooh. Ahh. it's such an amazing sensation when you push it in and then push it back out especially when you're dripping wet. Tantric Energy is here to make you feel good within! (If you thought that my opening was funny but suggestive then go and read the description for this Shower Bomb on Lush's website.) If you love Jasmine and glitter then you will definitely love this one. Jasmine is also known for being an aphrodisiac scent too!

A sparkly purple standing up square tear drop shaped shower bomb on a bright backoground

Wake Up Call

Wake up, wake up, it's time to get up and go! If you love Cup O' Coffee Face/Body Scrub, then, you will love this! This one will definitely perk you up first thing in the morning. If you love Coffee, then try this, as it'll mean that you get to cover yourself in Coffee to keep you perked up for the day!

Bath Oils:

Aint No Mountain High Enough

There's never a mountain high enough! This Oil is cute as it's shaped as a little mountain and smells of Lemon and Grapefruit. If you want something to go along with a bath bomb (like Avobath/Dragons Egg) or something uplifting that will condition your body, then this is perfect for you!

I Want A Pony!

Who doesn't want to have a pony? If you love Comforter and want something that will make your whole bathroom smell of beautiful Berries/want your body to be smooth and nourished then this is definitely for you!

A white and pink pony shaped bath bomb with black circular dots for eyes on a bright background

IMP-atient

Do you ever get impatient for the bath to be drawn so you can just shove your favourite Lush product in and enjoy some me-time? Me too! This contains Rose and Pink Pepper Oil to give a spicy sweet combo. If you love anything with Rose but don't like it to be over the top floral then you will enjoy this one.

A bright pink standing up elephant with a cylindrical trunk with two circular black eyes on a bright background

Polyamorous

Honestly, I got this one because well I relate to the Oil via identifying as the name of this oil. This one contains Brazillian Orange and Violet Oils which gives the product a floral Violet scent with a bit of a citrus kick. I just love the look of this and if you love anything Violet such as the old favourite Space Girl or the Big Haircare Range then you will love this!

A heart shaped pink and white bath oil with pink hearts on the top of It on a bright background

Shower Gel:

Dirty Springwash

One of the staples at Lush. I got this mainly to go along with the Dirty Scrub. If you love Mint or anything that is cool and refreshing then you will love this. A little goes a long way. You can get this in many different sizes depending on how much you love it.

A circle of light blue-green shower gel on a bright background

Body Scrubs:

Dirty

I've ended up on a bit of a Dirty/Mint obsession due to warm weather at the minute. The fun thing about this product, is that it looks like a Scouring Pad to ensure that you're not 'Dirty'. One side is a buttery fine scrub, whereas the other is, a coarser scrub. The best of both worlds.

A rectangular light blue and green layered sponge style block on a bright background

Cleansers:

Lemon Verbena Face Wash Fresh Jelly

I got this mainly because well I love Lemons, and I loved the design of this product. These Cleansers are made in store at Lush Liverpool Spa, so if you want to grab one, then you'll have to visit Lush Liverpool Spa. It's a jelly cleanser which means a little goes a long way.

A light yellpw-blue oval jelly set in a yellow oval lemon skin on a bright background

Dark Angels Fresh Cleanser Roll

I love anything charcoal, as it goes with my everything should be as black as my soul aesthetic within life. This again is only available at Lush Liverpool Spa sadly. I love the Cleansers at Lush but I thought that as I am trying to be a little bit more Packaging Free Friendly, that I would try this as it requires no packaging.

FUN:

Bronze

There's nothing wrong with coming in Bronze! I got this due to it's scent. This product smells just like the Yog Nog range at Lush that is normally only available at Christmas, so I thought that I would get this, so I can enjoy You Nog all year round! You can use FUN for many things, such as Shampoo, Bubble Baths, Soap and much more.

Glow Worm

I got this one as the scent of this product is the same as the Avobath Bath Bomb, and boy do I love that scent in warm weather! Bright and citrusy with a hint of creaminess. This also glows in the dark so I got this one to see if it actually does glow in the dark!

Thunderbolt

Wham, bam, thank you Mam. I may have got this one due to the name and the colour. Its vivid yellow! If you remember the Neve Mind The Ballistics Bath Bomb from a couple of Christmases ago, then you will love this product as it shares the same scent! Banana and Lime make for a fab bath product!

Mouthwash Tabs:

Cuba Libre

Who doesn't love a good Rum and Coke, so to have it in Mouthwash form makes it even better! I got this as I wanted to see if it lived up to it's name. I also again am trying to get more on the Plastic Free lifestyle so solid mouthwash is a good way to start this lifestyle!

A tall cylindrical tub filled with light brown circular mouthwash pieces on a bright background

Spritz

Who doesn't't love to Spritz themselves? This mouthwah product contains Grapefruit and Sea Salt to create an amazing Summer cocktail. I got these due to wanting to something that was a little bit different instead of Mint when it comes to mouthwash.

A cylindrical plastic clear bottle filled with orange circular tabs with a black rectangular table with spritz in white font on a bright background

Shampoo:

Wasabi Shan Kui

Who doesn't love Wasabi? I mainly got this Shampoo because I had heard many reviews and things about it and well I love Wasabi so I was intrigued to find out what happens when you use it in a shampoo. If you love Citrus or things that will give your hair volume then give this a go.

A bright green circle of shampoo with dark green circular bits on a bright background

Shower Jellies:

Bongo

Come and bang on my bongos! I love this one as it has multiple colours in the product! If you love anything that's tropical then you will love this one! (If you're ever in a Lush store then give the a good slap and wobble.)

A clear plastic circular pot with a black label with bongo shower jelly in white font on a bright background

Gong

Gong. Gong. It's time for that shower! If you love the Golden Pear Soap then you will definitely love this. This one would be great for colder mornings. I love the colour of this product!

A circular clear plastic lid with a black label saying Gong in big white font with shower jelly in smaller font on a bright background

Soap:

Lemon and Mccoconutty

I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts and lemons too! If you love anything Coconut then you will definitely love this product. I love anything Coconut especially when it's slightly warm!

Other:

Cookie Dough Lip Scrub

Who doesn't love Cookies? I always enjoy Lush's Lip Scrubs especially due to having a lip piercing. I love anything sweet and because it's Vegan it makes it even better. If you like anything with a sweet kick then definitely try this one out. It's also at all Lush stores now too!

A circular light brown pot of sugar on a bright background

Golden Pear Body Spray

Shower me with this golden spray! If you've read my Lush Liverpool Spa post then you'll know how I got this spray. (Click here to find out how I got the spray.) (Thanks again, Lil!) I love Lush's sprays as they last for ages! Again, if you love the Golden Pear scent then you will definitely love this!

I hope that you have enjoyed this Haul. Have you been to Lush Liverpool Spa. Have you checked out of any of the new products that are at all Lush stores?

I hope that you come back next time for another blog post!

Living My Lush Life At The Mothership | Lush Liverpool Spa

Hey everyone!

Welcome to a brand new blog post!

I thought that today I would talk to you all about the time that I went to Lush Liverpool Spa.

To give you some context, Lush Liverpool Spa, is a special store as, it is the largest Lush store within the world. You read that right. This store has three floors filled with beautiful exclusive products that you can only get at Lush Liverpool Spa, a cafe, a florist, a spa, a perfume library, and much much more.

A collection of circular blue bath bombs on a circular light brown shelf on a bright background

Whilst walking down from the train station at Liverpool Lime Street, we walked past a few beautiful buildings. As it was a pretty warm day, we stopped every so often, not only to get some photos of the buildings but to stop as Luke swishing his cane in the heat can be exhausting. We strolled whilst using Google Maps, and, after going in every different direction, we finally found the grand building. (You can't miss it, but if you're ever in Liverpool then it's next door to Primark.)

A rectangular black plaque with hebden bridge in white font on a large light brown rectangular brick wall on a bright background

A oval three floored bright stoned building with a black rectangular strip with Lush in white font on a bright background

A collection of circular blue bath bombs on a circular light brown shelf on a bright background

A black oval sign saying 'this isn't only the beginning... find more upstairs' on a white background

We walked into the building, and instantly strolled around the first floor for many reasons. Some were to get our bearings in a new place, and some were to see what was sold on the ground floor of the Lush store. We wandered around some of the face care, including solid and liquid versions of favourites such as Dream Cream, and, Charity Pot, and new items such as, Ultraplant.

A black oval sign with ultra plant on white font next to black cylindrical pots on s light brown circular plate on a large rectangular white shelf on a bright background

After this, coffee scents permeated the air. We must be at the Cafe! We had a little bit of a look and then decided to carry on to the Perfume Library. The Library contains white, black and gold perfumes. It also contains all the solid perfumes that you can think of, and a few oils. If you're wondering what the difference between the White, Black and Gold fragrances are, then let me explain. The White Label fragrances are the ones that you can find at your local store, such as Sun, Karma, Dirty All Good Things, and many more. Black are the more upmarket ones that are at bigger stores, such as Manchester Arndale, such as, Princess Cottongrass, Staying Alive and many more. Gold Fragrances are ones that you can only get at Lush Liverpool Spa which include V, Metamorphosis and Death And Decay.

A square sign saying The Perfume Library in chunky silver font with rectangular glass bottles on a light brown rectangular shelf with dark walls on a dark background

Myself and Luke first went around the White and Black fragrances. spraying and sniffing each and every one possible. I spritzed a bit of Sun as it was absolutely boiling outside. Luke spritzed Kerbside Violet as he loves Violet scents. We then checked the Oils which included, Inhale, Exhale and Goddess. I'm not the biggest fan of Goddess, as it's one of those scents that I have to be in the mood for, but I quite liked the oil. I then sat Luke on a chair whilst I perused the Gold Fragrances. Lil told us about how the Ginger fragrance that was a part of the Black Range was the first fragrance that Lush/Cosmetic To Go/Gorilla ever released. We spritzed. sniffed, oohed and ahhed. Luke loved V due to it being a 'more sophisticated verson of Kerbside Violet, and, Lord Of Goathorn as it 'had a deep Blackberry undertone'. I also sniffed, Metamorphosis as I remember that the bath bomb of it had a gorgeous Cinnamon scent, Death and Decay, Cocktail as a couple of friends wanted to know if they were still sold, and Assassin which was a very complex/layered scent.

Time to go to the next floor! This is where the main event is for most as it's filled with all things, bath, shower, oral, party and much much more. We started at the Shower Bombs, as they were straight in front of the lift. There were a few new Shower Bombs, including Tantric Energy (please go read the online description of that Shower Bomb), and, two Shower Bombs inspired by The Matrix, Red and Blue Pill. (If you never have used a Shower bomb, then imagine a Bath Bomb for the Shower. You just cup them in your hands, put under running water and then use the foam as Shower Gel.)

After this, we wandered over to the Bath Oils. At Lush Liverpool Spa, the Bath Oils have been reformulated to give off more of a scent and to take less time to melt. As well as reformulating some of your favourite Bath Oils, such as, MMMelting Marshmallow Moment, Dreamtime and Polyamorous. There are a fair new Bath Oils too, including Saviour, Imp-atient, and 'Cream which is based off the Horror Movie franchise Scream.

After this, we took a quick trip up to the Spa with Rhiannon, who showed us around the beautiful spa and informed us about some of the new Bath Oils from the section that we had looked around before. We were told that sadly, all of the treatment rooms were filled up so we couldn't check them out, but we had a wander around the waiting area, checked out the wonderful decor and sniffed some of the oils that are used in treatments that were on display. There was also a massive bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. it was massive and we could legit both sit down on it and just enjoy some quiet me time.

A silver circular plate filled with small black cylindrical vials on a dark brown rectangular table on a bright background

We wandered back down to the second floor and went straight to the Shower Jellies. Rhiannon told us about some of the Community Favourites Shower Jellies that were at Lush Liverpool Spa for a limited time including, 29 High Street, Golden Pear, Plum Rain and Yog Nog. We sniffed a couple, but also decided to miss a couple, as we had already smelt the others at Lush Leeds Spa. Lush Liverpool Spa, have six new Shower Jellies, Twilight which shares it's fragrance with the Twilight/Sleepy range, Beats, Gong, Rumba Conga, Bongo. These share their names with musical sounds. They also had the all store range of Shower Jellies which include Deep Sleep and Whoosh, which we had a good sniff of. Rhiannon came over to give us a little bit more info on the Shower Jellies that were exclusive to Lush Liverpool Spa.

Party time! We then wandered over to the Party section! The Party Section is a new section for Lush Liverpool Spa. You can book a party at any Lush store, but at Lush Liverpool Spa, there is a full section for the party goers to enjoy their experience within. The section was empty so we decided to have a bit of a look around. There is a full FUN wall and a table of FUN to sniff and create models out of. As we weren't fully sure where all of the FUN that we wanted were, we had a member of staff go and collect them for us (I didn't't catch your name, but thank you!) Rhiannon then came over, and told us about the musical shower jellies, and the wheel of FUN. There are different sized and scented Shower Jellies which make different noises. There is also an aid/function to ensure that Hard Of Hearing/Deaf citizens so that they don't miss out on the fun. There are also exclusive products that you can get when having a party, including Cilla The Caterpillar that smells of Vanillary, Calm A Llama Party Piñata, Numbers, and, Crash Shower Jelly which smells of Golden Wonder/Bubbly. (A scent consisting of Lime and Cognac which smells amazing! I tried to get some on the online release of the shower jelly but it should out too quickly!)

After having a good party, we meandered over to the Oral section. If you don't know, Lush do solid Toothpaste and Mouthwash in the form of Toothy Tabs and Mouthwash Tabs. Rhiannon came over to talk to us about using them and the new flavours. There were a fair few Toothy Tabs, but I mainly tried the Bubblegum Toothy Tabs. That was definitely an experience for me. If you like Snow Fairy, then I'd urge you to try it. I didn't really enjoy it. I then tried the Mouthwash Tabs after. We tried most of them, with Rhiannon's help. I ended up enjoying a couple including the Cuba Libre one!

Bath bomb time! Lush Liverpool Spa contains all of the new 30th Anniversary/Harajuku and normal bath bombs that are at all Lush stores all year long. An extra fun thing about the bath section at Lush Liverpool Spa is that there is a conveyor belt filled with bath bombs. (Imagine Yo! Sushi but in Bath Bomb form!) We tried to find many bath bombs that we wanted but in the end, are ended up asking the lovely Libby to find rhem for us. We got chatting about some of the retro items and some of both of our new favourite products. (if you want to find out what I got at the store then keep on the look out for my haul blog post.)

A white rectangular shelf filled with selected different spherical bath bombs on top of white small circular plates on a bright background

Three glass rectangular shelves filled with colourful spherical bath bombs on a bright background

We then decided to chat some more and made our way downstairs towards the hair section. I went straight to the Shampoo's to find the new Wasabi Shampoo. After this, we found our way to the liquid Conditioners as Luke wanted to find Agas. Following on, we worked our way through all of the Hair Styling products including the Goddess Hair Treatment/Dressing, Hair Custard, and, Hairdressers Husband Hairspray.

A medium brown rectangular sign with hair lab spelt going down in black font on a white background on a bright background

Next on our adventure was the Fresh section. The Fresh section is where things that are made within the store are sold. This mainly includes Face Cleansers, Face Pops and Face Washes. The Fresh Face Cleansers are made to look like Sushi Rolls, the washes are jelly based and set in fresh fruit peel to cut down on food waste and the Face Pops are Face Masks on sticks that last 72 hours. We scoured around and then made our way to our last stop.

Final stop. We made our way back round to the Perfume Library to smell the Body Sprays. The lovely Lil told us both about the Community Favourite Body Sprays which included Golden Pear and Avocado Co-Wash. After sniffing, uhmming and ahhing, the wonderful Lil decided to gift me a Golden Pear Body Spray as a random act of kindness, which I can't thank her enough for.

After chatting some more, we decided that it was time to go and time for food. We made our way to the till, chatted some more with the wonderful Libby and made our way to the door to go get some food. All that shopping had definitely made me hungry.

Have you gone to Lush Liverpool Spa? Have you tried any of the new products? Let me know down below.
