ALDI Moser Roth Nocciola Review
Hey everyone!
Welcome to a brand new blog post. I thought that today I would talk to you all about the new Nocciola Chocolates from Aldi which you may recognise.
The festive season is slowly approaching. I don’t know about you but I associate it with Ferrero Rocher. Now, as we are all tightening our purses this Christmas, it was great to see that Aldi had released their own version of the well known chocolate at a much lower price. As I was wandering Aldi, they were in my eyeline so I knew that I had to grab them.
Ingredients:
Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Whole 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤 Powder, Lactose (𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤), Emulsifier: Lecithins (𝐒𝐨𝐲𝐚); Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Sugar, Chopped 𝐇𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐥𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐬 (16%), Vegetable Fats In Varying Proportions (Palm, Sunflower), Roasted 𝐇𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐥𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐬 (8%), 𝐇𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐥𝐧𝐮𝐭 Paste (5%), 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Skimmed 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤 Powder, Whey Powder (𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤), Flavouring, Emulsifiers: Lecithins (Sunflower, 𝐒𝐨𝐲𝐚); Lactose (𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤), Raising Agent: Sodium Carbonates; Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Salt.
The texture of these are amazing and spot on. When I unwrapped one of these amazing chocolates and popped it into my mouth, the rough yet crunchy chocolate was the first texture that my tongue interacted with. After this, I was met with the smooth wave of melted chocolate . Finally, this wave of chocolate was contrasted with the crunchy nut that was hiding in the centre of this chocolate. Such an adventure of textures.
The taste of these were amazing. The exterior had a superbly strong and decadent milk chocolate flavour to it. The interior of the chocolate had more of an intense cocoa flavour to it which reminded me slightly of a sort of dark milk type of flavour. Although these two flavours harmonised together to create a rich chocolate flavour in my mouth, they were instantly contrasted with a slightly smoky yet still rich Hazelnut which managed to cut through all of the sweetness that the chocolate provided. They did remind me of a Ferrero Rocher but with a slightly bit of difference to me.
Would I buy these again? Definitely! These are amazing. You get 12 for £2.59. They taste amazing and would be great for the party season! 8.5/10.
Have you tried these? What are your favourite Chocolates for the festive season? Let me know down below.
Thanks for reading!

Everyone's Still A Child Of The Sea And The Bath! | Lush X One Piece Range First Impressions
Hey everyone!
Welcome to a brand new blog post. I recently went to Lush White Rose to check out the new Christmas range and whilst I was there I noticed that the Lush X One Piece range had finally dropped so I thought that I would talk to you all about the range today. Thank you to the staff at Lush White Rose who were kind enough to gift these to me.
Lush have decided to collaborate with One Piece to celebrate their 25th anniversary. I did hear about this back in May and that it was meant to have dropped in July but then nothing happened and the rumours happened. I heard everything from its been delayed to its been scrapped then all of a sudden I saw that it was dropping in September so I knew that I had to grab it and talk to you all about it.
Straw Hat Bubble Bar
‘Set sail again and again with this reusable bubble bar featuring the “Straw Hat,” the trademark of Luffy who aspires to become the king of pirates. The straw hat is the beginning of all adventures and when you shake the Straw Hat bubble bar in the bath, your own adventure begins.
While bathing, you will be surrounded by cedarwood oil to balance, fresh mandarin orange oil, and the subtle sweet scent of benzoin resinoid. Creating the perfect space to relax before starting your next adventure.’ - Lush PR.
I think that this Straw Hat Bubble Bar is the most synonymous with One Piece out of the collection. (did I use that word correctly?) Everyone knows about the Straw Hat in One Piece even if you barely know about the anime itself.. As the intro states, this bubble bar contains Cedarwood Oil, Benzoin Resinoid and Sicilian Red Mandarin Oil. I’ve heard that some believe that this is The same scent as Kitsune Bath Bomb and it is to an extent. Kitsune included the above with the addition of Patchouli which added a spicy depth to the citrus notes that Kitsune gave off. As this doesn’t include Patchouli, it lacks that depth and instead gives off a sort of peppery Lemon scent. To me, this is what I was expecting Lemon Crumble to smell of when I first heard about it. This Bubble Bar is priced at £9 which is pricy but this bubble bar is heavy and is a reusable one. This means that all you have to do to get bubbles out of this superbly sunny looking hat is to hold it under running water. This also means that you don’t use much to get a lot of bubbles. I love this bubble bar just from the scent alone and I think that this would make for an amazing gift. Priced at £9.
Gum-Gum Fruit Bath Bomb
‘The Devil Fruit, Gum-Gum Fruit which was eaten by ONE PIECE’s main character, Luffy made his body stretchy like rubber. This fruit has now been transformed into a bath bomb.
As Gum-Gum Fruit bath bomb fizzes and swirls, the water gradually changes; the black colour which represents ‘Haki power’, the black aura of Luffy, is released from the inside of the bath bomb giving you time for relaxation, to stretch you arms and legs and experience the Haki power like Luffy.
The invigorating scent of blackcurrant, apricot notes of the calming Davana oil and fresh sweet orange oil come together to get you in the right place to start adventuring!’ - Lush PR.
Who doesn’t love a bath bomb that gives us powers? As the intro states, this bomb contains Blackcurrant Absolute, Davana Oil and Brazilian Orange Oil. To me this creates a sort of light fruity scent. Would I be able to say that it’s Blackcurrant as soon as I sniffed it? No but do I think that the scent reminds me of a mixture of berries and citrus? Oh definitely. I’m also glad that Lush didn’t just put The Comforter into a new bomb. I also love that this bomb changes colour in the tub and becomes a colour that matches Luffy’s dark aura as it will match the dark nights that we are starting to have in the UK. Priced at £6.50.
Flame-Flame Fruit Bath Bomb
'Flame-Flame Fruit is the Devil Fruit that manipulates fire and was eaten by Ace, who made a pledge of brotherhood with Luffy during their childhood. Once dropped in the water, Flame-Flame bath bomb creates a hot bath art like “Fire Fist”, Ace’s signature attack.
Watch as fiery orange colours spread across the bath and popping candy cracks like fireworks. The earthy scent of mandarin oil, sweetness and spiciness added by Fenugreek absolute, and the scent of sweet orange oil fills your bathroom.. You will feel the warmth of the two brothers bond in your mind and body.' - Lush PR.
Who doesn’t love a spicy bath from time to time?
As the intro states, this bath bomb contains Sicilian Red Mandarin and Fenugreek Oils but this bomb slide contains Carrot Seed Oil. I love the whole concept of this bomb. The Sicilian Red Mandarin and Fenugreek combine to create a sort of bright and spicy yet intensely herbal scent. To me, this reminds me of Turmeric Latte but without the creaminess. I love anything herbal and spicy so this is right up my street and as soon as I smelt it I knew that I had to have it. I have also checked out some of the bath art of this bomb that has been shared onto Instagram and oh my, it looks amazing! If you want a bomb that will warm you up, or know someone that needs to let off some steam every now and again then I definitely recommend checking this one out! This bomb is definitely also for those who love sounds as the popping candy in this bomb seems to be layered. This means that you get several minutes of non-stop crackling when you drop this bomb into the tub. Priced at £6.50.
Flower-Flower Fruit Bath Bomb
'Nico Robin, archaeologist and part of Luffy’s pirate crew, “Straw Hat Crew” took the Devil Fruit, Flower-Flower Fruit when she was a child and gained the ability to make any part of her body bloom in all its flowery splendour.
Flower-Flower Fruit bath bomb creates a pink foam that spreads and floats on the water in the same way that the flowers bloom and flutter away when Robin uses her Flower-Flower Fruit ability. Your bath time will be full of unknown and unimaginable possibilities.
The beautiful blend of geranium oil, Damask rose absolute and the deep scent of jasmine absolute creates a bath time that shares the same mysterious charm of Robin in its floral scents.' - Lush PR.
Bloom head first into the bath!
Flower-Flower Fruit Bath Bomb contains Geranium Oil, Jasmine Absolute and Rose Absolute. To me, the combination of these three ingredients creates a very powdery and soft scent consisting of a blend of florals. In my opinion, this bomb is more Jasmine heavy with the other florals helping the Jasmine to have their moment in the tub. I am more of a Rose centric fan when it comes to florals but that doesn’t mean that I don’t love the scent of this bath bomb. I think that this would be great to use first thing in morning to help someone get into the mindset of kicking the door down on a day that is full of errands and tasks that need to be done. To me, this kind of gives off a relative of the Sakura Bath Bomb from Lush so if you like that sort of light but powdery but still strong in scent sort of floral scent then this bomb is definitely worth a try. I could see this scent being brought out in other products in the future. Priced at £6.50.
Human-Human Fruit Bath Bomb
'Tonytony Chopper, who is a part of Luffy’s crew, is a reindeer with blue nose. Tonytony Chopper gained human characteristics by eating Human-Human Fruit. He works as a ship doctor and loves cotton candy. This adorable character sometimes takes part in a battle in order to protect the crew by transforming himself into various forms with the power of Human-Human Fruit.
Mushroom shaped Human-Human Fruit bath bomb can be separeted into two parts. When used together, the marble of red and white colours spread across the water. The uplifting fragrance will help to transform your mood with fruity bergamot oil, creamy tonka absolute and deliciously cocoa absolute.' - Lush PR.
Baths were made to moisturise humans!
Human-Human Bath Bomb contains Bergamot Oil, Tonka Absolute and Cocoa Absolute. This mixture of scents is meant to create the iconic Yuzu and Cocoa scent from Lush but to me these ingredients create a more fresh and lively Coconut scent but every nose detects scents differently! This bomb can be used as either one big bath or two baths depending on how you want to use it. I love the concept of this bath bomb and definitely think that this could be given as a gift to someone. I love how the Bergamot Oil cuts through the Cocoa Absolute which stops the bomb from smelling too sweet and cloying. If you have tried anything from the Yuzu and Cocoa range in the past then try this bomb and comment with if you think that this smells of Yuzu and Cocoa or not. I will be using this two bombs that form the Mushroom separately just so I can enjoy every part of this bomb as much as possible but either part of this bomb used first thing in a morning is sensational! Priced at £6.50.
